Women
section forms 50% of the population but their participation in
developmental activities and decision making is restricted
resulting in minimal promotion and development in the
development sector. 
Therefore,
SFSH is striving to awaken this dormant sector to put in the
main stream of all economic and political activities to mitigate
all discriminations and violence against women to build a
harmonic society and to achieve rapid development to reduce
poverty and make Pakistan a developed and strong nation.
SFSH
has undertaken informal education activities and helping their
involvement in income generation activities generate income and
make them self Sufficient.

Also,
SFSH intends to start women's adult literacy programs including
vocational particularly in rural and far-flung areas of Pakistan
helping them to become income generating partner of family which
will help in her recognition, involvement in decision making,
economic development and poverty alleviation.
