Balochistan
is a land of contrast being the largest province of Pakistan
having scattered population and meager resource and basic need
facilities. 
The
situation of health facilities particularly mother & child
health care is very poor. The hospitals are poorly equipped and
manned having no or insufficient medicines. 
The
SFSH therefore intends to establish adequately equipped mobile
dispensaries in every district of Balochistan to provide free
medical aid to the poor and deserving populace especially to
women and children. Promotion of primary health care activities
at the grass root level is one of major objects of SFSH.
