SFSH started its activities with the promotion of education through computer literacy from nursery classes to stregthen the foundation of cropping up generation especially the girls. The society has stepped out in its cause by providing informal education to women in vocational and handicraft training centres to involve them in income generation activities by providing sewing and knitting machines.Besides helping them in their social work, the organization is also promoting them in political sector to bring them in the main stream of country's politics thereby we are trying to bring social chages commensurating with global changes without affecting our cultural values and to alleveate violence against women and to fight against all activities that affect women's sovereignty.

The situation of health facilities particularly 'mother & child health' in Pakistan is very poor. Hospitals do exist at Tehsil level but these are poorly equipped and stored with no or insufficient medicines. SFSH therefore intends to establish sufficiently equipped mobile dispensaries in rural populace of the country to provide free medical aid to the poor and deserving people espiceally to women and affected children.

Pakistan has been bestowed by the Almighty with mineral resources like gold, silver ,copper, coal, petroleum and natural gas etc but there is no technical institute or college to provide technical training and education due to which adequate efforts fro exploring these valueable mineral are not being taken properly. This lead SFSH to establish a chain/series of vocational training centers and colleges to provide education in the particular field. Creation of first Mineralogical Science and Technical Institute at Chaghi by SFSH is milestone in eradicating deprivation/discrimination on the subject. This would form a great to reduce unemployment and to alleviate poverty.
